Windham principals participate in February's leadership development sessions.

Leadership training prepares administrators for campus challenges

The first of a two part series providing topics on Instructional Leadership is underway. Topics covered include: Teambuilding; Data Analysis; Classroom Walk Throughs; and Classroom Management. To date more than 50 Windham principals and regional administrators have participated in the workshops which are presented in Huntsville by the WSD Division of Instruction. These workshops are part of a Title II staff development initiative, and the series will be ongoing through the end of May, 2006.

Role play of student-related situations (above) explores correctional classroom management techniques, while (below) participants take note of information presented by WSD trainers.
