The Superintendent of the Windham School District (WSD) has designated the WSD Office of the General Counsel as the recipient of all transmitted E-MAIL and FACSIMILE requests under the Public Information Act. For such requests the address, e-mail address and facsimile number shall be as follows:

Federal Educational Privacy Rights Act
(Student Records Requests)

Pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1232g:

The WSD Superintendent has designated the WSD Educational Records Department as an alternate recipient of FACSIMILE requests under the Federal Educational Privacy Rights Act (FEPRA). E-mail requests shall not be accepted as FEPRA allows the release of educational records only through a signed request or in response to a subpoena. For requests of student records, the address and facsimile number of WSD Educational Records Department shall be as follows:
